At R&D Collectibles, every order is hand-packed with care by our family to ensure your collectibles arrive safely and on time. We take pride in making sure each package is shipped quickly and securely.

🚚 Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
During product launches, holidays, or special events, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

We currently ship within the United States.
All packages include tracking information provided via email once shipped.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary depending on location, weather, and carrier delays.

💥 Order Protection

R&D Collectibles is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit once they leave our facility.
However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents — we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund when possible.

🧭 Combined Orders / “Hold My Bag” Option

If you’re planning to make multiple purchases and want to hold your orders for combined shipping, simply use the code HOLDMYBAG at checkout.
We’ll safely store your items until you’re ready to ship everything together — helping you save on shipping costs.

When you’re ready to ship, place a new order with the note “Ship My Bag” or message us directly, and we’ll combine all your held items into one package.
