At R&D Collectibles, every item is packed with care by our family to bring excitement and adventure to your collecting journey. We want you to feel confident shopping with us, and we’ll always do our best to make things right if something goes wrong.

🔹 Return Eligibility

We accept returns on sealed, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • The security seal (if applicable) must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Refunds typically process within 5-7 business days after approval.

🔹 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened mystery packs, Guaranteed Hit Packs, or Adventure Starter Kits

  • Opened booster packs or boxes

  • Single cards and graded slabs

  • Any item not in its original condition, or returned after the 14-day window

We appreciate your understanding — these policies protect the integrity and fairness of collectible products for all customers.

🔹 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can quickly verify and make it right.
Depending on the situation, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

🔹 Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to damage or a mistake on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt until your return is processed.
